Introduction…

At Kalderon HR, people are at the centre of every decision.

I work with small businesses and growing organisations to build supportive, inclusive and resilient workplaces where employees can thrive.

From wellbeing initiatives and burnout prevention, to HR guidance and leadership coaching, I can help you create cultures that care.

My approach combines compassion with clear, practical advice so your organisation can grow sustainably while your employees continue to feel seen, heard and supported.

A polished whiteboard wall filled with a well-structured HR roadmap diagram, written in tidy, legible marker lines in blues and grays. Arrows connect key areas labeled “Onboarding,” “Compliance,” “Culture,” and “Performance,” with color-coded sticky notes arranged in clear columns beneath each heading. The whiteboard stands in a bright, modern meeting room with light oak flooring and a simple, rectangular table in the foreground holding a closed leather-bound notebook and two fine-point markers. Diffused daylight from a side window casts soft, clean shadows, producing a crisp, photographic realism. Shot from a slightly angled perspective using the rule of thirds, the composition feels dynamic yet orderly, suggesting strategic planning and collaborative HR improvement without showing any people.
